Over the course of my teaching years, I taught at lower performing schools with previous assessment scores only meeting nearly 15% mastery. In observance of recent data observations, my students are performing over 75% mastery.

Due to my methods of instruction and discipline within the classroom and maximizing the usage of eLearning software. In previous years, I have held leadership and advisory roles due to my systematic framework.

In my roles, I have revamped the instruction to align with our students’ needs to reach mastery along with meeting the district’s curriculum needs and expectations. Through these methods, our learners have seen progression in content-readiness and self-awareness.
